SolarLadder and RAYVO are both built for Indian solar EPCs; the clearest differences are that RAYVO includes its own 3D design studio and publishes its prices. Both cover the solar sale and the project, so test them side by side on your own leads. RAYVO publishes this comparison, so confirm SolarLadder's current features with them.
What SolarLadder is known for
Public reviews describe SolarLadder as an Indian solar CRM and operations platform: leads, proposals, site surveys, project tracking, costing, operations and maintenance, and PM Surya Ghar and net-metering paperwork. We could not find published pricing on its website in October 2026, so ask them for a quote.
What RAYVO covers
- Leads from every source in one list, scored 0 to 100, with follow-ups and automatic rules.
- Site surveys with GPS-stamped photos, quotations with GST and the subsidy, and acceptance from a WhatsApp link.
- Projects with milestones, stock reserved for accepted quotations, purchase orders and serial numbers.
- Invoices, payments, ledger, payroll and your own document formats filled in one to two minutes.
- A built-in 3D design studio, so the design, the bill of materials and the quotation are one flow.
- An offline phone app, and field agents with commission.
Published prices
RAYVO's plans are on its pricing page: Rs 24,000 a year for 3D Design, Rs 36,999 for CRM with 3D Design, Rs 74,999 for Complete EPC, or Rs 3,999 a month, all before GST.
How to decide
Ask SolarLadder whether 3D design and shading are included or need a separate tool. Then put 20 real leads and one real project through each product and count how often your team retypes anything.
