1. The service

RAYVO provides software for solar and service businesses, including 3D solar design, CRM, ERP, quotations, project management, finance, and HR and payroll tools, accessed through a web browser.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• A business is responsible for the users it adds, the roles and permissions it gives them, and for removing access when someone leaves.

3. Your data

Your business owns the data it puts into RAYVO. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis, including any consent required, to collect and use the personal data of your customers, leads and employees that you enter into RAYVO.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use RAYVO for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• send spam or unsolicited messages through connected services such as WhatsApp;
• try to access another company's data, bypass security, or disrupt the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the platform except as the law allows.

5. Connected services

Features that use third-party services — such as WhatsApp, IndiaMART or AI processing — are also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

6. Calculations, estimates and AI features

RAYVO produces estimates to help you work faster — system sizing, generation and savings, GST treatment, subsidy amounts, and information read from documents by AI. These are aids, not professional engineering, tax or legal advice. Check them before relying on them or sharing them with customers.

Government subsidy schemes, tariffs and tax rules change and are decided by the relevant authorities and DISCOMs. Confirm current rules with the official sources.

7. Plans and fees

• A new company opens on Plan & billing. Choose a plan and pay to start using RAYVO; the company and what you set up in it are kept while you decide.
• Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page and in Plan & billing. Prices are in Indian rupees and are before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout.
• If you buy a plan on our website before you have an account, we create your company when the payment goes through and email the sign-in details to the address you paid with. You will be asked to choose your own password at first sign-in.
• Plans are subscriptions that renew automatically for the same period — yearly, or monthly for Super Monthly — until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Its terms apply to the payment itself.
• If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid for, and does not renew.
• Each plan allows a set number of users; adding more needs a bigger plan.
• A plan, trial or order agreed with your business in writing takes the place of these terms where they differ.
• Refunds: if a payment — your first purchase or a renewal — was not what you wanted, ask us within 7 days of that payment and we will refund it in full to the payment method you used. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, and how soon the money shows depends on your bank or card.
• After those 7 days a payment for a period already started is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so that it does not renew.
• To ask for a refund or about a bill, contact us using the details below.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep RAYVO available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect how you use the platform.

9. Intellectual property

RAYVO, its software, design and content belong to RAYVO. These terms give you the right to use the platform for your business; they do not transfer ownership of it.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using RAYVO at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. On request, we will help you export your data before an account is closed.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, RAYVO is provided as is, and RAYVO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
