In October 2026 RAYVO, the solar CRM, ERP and 3D design platform for EPCs and installers, added a PM Surya Ghar loan checklist on every customer, a pending tracker, proof-based site surveys, a new quotation design, a GST e-invoice export and an AI assistant that asks before it changes anything. This page lists each change and what it does today.
Customer profile: notes, photo and the JanSamarth loan
Every customer now has a free-text notes box for anything worth remembering: what was said on the phone, how to reach the house, promises made. Notes are saved with one button or Ctrl+S, and everyone with access to the customer sees them. A customer photo can be added from the profile.
A JanSamarth solar loan card lists the 14 steps of a PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar loan, from matching the name on the bill, Aadhaar and bank account to the subsidy being credited and the EMI revised. Each step shows who usually does it (the customer, your team, the bank or the DISCOM), a date and a short note. The card links to the national portal and to JanSamarth, and it never stores a portal password.
Pending tracker: who still owes what
The Pending Tracker puts every open item against each customer on one page, with eight filters: payment due, money to collect, loan pending, subsidy pending, project running, follow-up overdue, service open and AMC renewal. Pressing a customer opens their profile.
Balances are worked out from the sales order total including GST, because a project's revenue is recorded before GST and would show less than the customer really owes.
Site surveys that carry proof
- The surveyor checks in at the site, and the report records how many metres the phone was from the roof pin and how long they stayed.
- A survey cannot be completed until it has photos in six categories: rooftop structure and space (at least two), DISCOM meter, distribution box, inverter mounting space, earthing pit location and cable route.
- Roof, cable and safety details are measured and entered, not assumed: parapet and structure height, roof condition and access, cable lengths, obstructions with height and distance, railing and overhead lines.
- The customer signs on the screen, and a survey report PDF can be downloaded or shared.
A new quotation design and a quick quote
Quotation PDFs now use one design in three colours (Solar Green, Ocean Blue and Graphite) with a cover page, a month-by-month generation chart and a 25-year savings chart. Quick quote on a lead takes the system size, the rate and the customer's electricity rate and shows units a day, a month and a year, the saving, and the total with GST before the quotation is made.
A company that already has its own quotation PDF can still upload it and use it as its format.
Documents, expenses and e-invoice
- Document Automation prints names and numbers in the template's own font once the font files are uploaded, and a generated document can be edited by clicking the text on the page.
- Company Expenses records the cost of running the company (rent, phones, fuel, the CA, marketing) apart from project costs, each head posted to its own account.
- A B2B tax invoice can be exported as the JSON the GST Invoice Registration Portal accepts. The IRN and acknowledgement the portal returns are saved on the invoice.
- The credit check screen has a Check connection button that tests the link to the credit bureau.
An AI assistant that asks first
The AI Solar Assistant answers by voice or text in Hindi, English or Hinglish, using only what the signed-in person is allowed to see. When a request would write a payment or an expense, it shows a confirmation card first, and nothing is saved until the person says yes or presses the button.
